PROCEDURE FOR NOTIFYING THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE

A disciplinary committee may be notified through a written report that must include details about the alleged misconduct, the person involved, and, if applicable, any evidence or witnesses supporting the claim. The report must be addressed to the competent disciplinary committee; if it is submitted to an incompetent body, the latter must forward it to the appropriate committee within three working days. The person who submitted the report will be informed of the committee’s decision once the disciplinary investigation is completed.

Details:

Form of notification: The notification must be in writing and include details of the alleged disciplinary act, the name of the person concerned, and, where applicable, the supporting evidence or witnesses.

Addressing the competent committee: The report should be submitted to the disciplinary committee that has jurisdiction to examine the case. If it is sent to a non-competent committee, that committee must forward it to the appropriate one.

Notification of outcome: The person who submitted the report will be informed of the committee’s decision after the disciplinary inquiry is concluded. Summons procedure: The chairperson of the disciplinary committee will set a hearing date and summon the concerned individual and any potential witnesses at least two days before the established date.
